Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai is seeking an HR Data Management professional to handle confidential employee data, generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR leadership, and provide data-driven insights.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and service orientation, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and UK HR processes. The ideal candidate will proactively take initiative, maintain data integrity, and stay updated on HR policies and employment regulations

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers.
• Ability to take initiative be proactive without waiting for direction strong sense of personal accountability.
• MS Office Excel Skills.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
