The incumbent will develop HR policies, maintain dashboards, and explore AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency across HR processes. Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and employee separation.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyse HR MIS reports, dashboards.
• Handle HR analytics, attrition analysis, employee absconding cases, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes.
• Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle and ensure timely completion of performance reviews and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organisational requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of labour law amendments and new wage code requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI tools and other digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop HR dashboards and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel and the Automated tools to improve reporting accuracy and support data-driven decisions.
