Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in India is seeking a Manager HR Operation to lead end-to-end HR operations, PMS, C&B, payroll and R&R. You will drive performance processes, talent reviews, and development programs while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

This role partners with business units across Maharashtra/Thane to optimize budgets, implement HRMS automation, and build analytics dashboards that track workforce trends and ROI on HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading HR operations and PMS cycles.
• Knowledge of compensation & benefits, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to drive HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMS/PMP cycles, goal setting, reviews, appraisals, calibration, feedback, and IDPs.
• Drive talent reviews, HiPo identification, succession planning, competency assessments, and leadership development.
• Facilitate IDPs, identify capability gaps, and track employee development and career growth.
• Manage salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, compensation policies, and market surveys.
• Coordinate increments, promotions, variable pay, and incentives with fairness and consistency.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leaves, overtime, data, deductions, and queries.
• Design and drive employee recognition programs and measure effectiveness.
• Lead HRMS stabilization, automation, digital initiatives, and user adoption.
• Develop dashboards/reports covering performance, talent, payroll, compensation, and workforce trends.
• Manage HR budgets, manpower costs, forecast, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with PF, PT, Income Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, audits, and regulations.
• Partner with Business, Plant HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to drive HR initiatives.
