Job summary

HealthMap Diagnostics Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in Delhi to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare domains. The role requires coordinating with department heads, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

The candidate should be able to travel to Maharashtra for audits and hiring as needed, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a solid grasp of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and MIS reports.
• Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and induction programs.
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
• Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
