Job summary

Balaji Info Lube in Jaipur is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indian labour laws and company values. The role oversees end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations to ensure a compliant, efficient workforce.

The candidate will collaborate with department heads for workforce planning, maintain accurate records, and drive engagement and HRIS operations to support strategic growth.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Manage employee onboarding, retention, and performance evaluation systems.
• Handle employee relations and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads for talent forecasting and workforce planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, income tax returns, and statutory filings within deadlines.
• Conduct regular HR and payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain updated and accurate employee records, including attendance and leave balances.
• Monitor and analyse key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance internal communication across the organization.
• Supervise HRIS operations to ensure up-to-date and reliable personnel data management.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
