Job summary

Kaabil is seeking a fresher to manage staffing associates' functions in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role requires knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and excellent communication skills.

Job description

Functional Deliverables

1. Manage Staffing Associates ELC – Offer, Onboarding, Offboarding
2. Ensure compliance related requirements are adhered to
3. Ensure adherence to Time & Attendance & Payoll & Salary Cuttoffs
4. Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring queries service requests & queries are closed within agreed TATs
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement process by proposing & implementing solutions
6. Ensure SOPs, Process Flows are adhered to
7. Coordinate to ensure payments for invoices raised are recived on time
8. Ensure positive Client engagement
9. Ensure All Client related SLAs are tracked and met & relevant MIS is published
