Job summary

DPDP Consultants is seeking a proactive HR & Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support marketing activities. The role combines talent acquisition with HR operations and basic marketing collateral development.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong PPT skills, and good communication abilities. This on-site position offers exposure to both HR and marketing domains and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment and HR operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define manpower requirements.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing material.

HR & Marketing Executive

Location: Noida

Team: Management

Work Schedule: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
• Develop attractive job descriptions and recruitment marketing material.
• Maintain HR records and support employee engagement activities.

Marketing Support (Secondary)

• Create impactful PPT presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals, digital content, and event coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) skills – ability to design and deliver high-quality, engaging presentations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / employer branding will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
