Rishi Kiran Logistics is seeking an HR professional to oversee full-spectrum HR operations from recruitment to payroll in Gujarat, with a focus on statutory compliance and employee relations.

The role involves managing payroll, attendance, leave, and records, while implementing policies and engaging the workforce to align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete HR operations and HR administration activities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment & Talent Acquisition process.
• Oversee payroll management, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure statutory compliances as per Gujarat Labour Laws and company policies.
• Handle HR legal matters, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and compliance documentation.
• Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, CLRA, Factory Act and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and labour-related documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

Qualification:

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
