Hiring Squad is seeking an HR Manager (Female) in Pune to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a real estate setting. You will lead talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, and engagement across office and site locations, ensuring robust HR processes and tech-driven recruitment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in core HR within real estate, an MBA/PGDM in HR, and strong English, Hindi, and Marathi communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of core HR experience in real estate.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi; Marathi knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS software and IT coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate verticals and IT/technical roles.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leaves, and HR records using HRIS/HRMS.
• Develop retention strategies and organize team-building activities.
• Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
• Oversee KPI appraisals for corporate and site staff.
• Support HR tech integration and vendor management.

Exp: 5 - 9 yrs (3.5 - 5 years in Real Estate Industry is preferred)

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Salary: 8.40 LPA

About our client: Seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in the real estate sector alongside working knowledge of HR software and tech-driven recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate verticals and internal IT/technical roles.
• HR Operations & Administration: Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records using HRIS/HRMS tools.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop retention strategies, organize team-building events and maintain a high-performance work environment across office and site locations.
• Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and workplace labor law regulations.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee quarterly/annual KPI appraisal systems for both corporate and site staff.
• IT & HR Tech Oversight: Support HR tech integration, Vendor management, manage employee IT asset allocation policies with the IT department, and handle tech-based vendor platforms.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core HR experience within the real estate industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven understanding of IT roles, IT infrastructure coordination, and hands-on experience with modern HRMS/ATS software.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi(Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, labor law compliance, and organizational skills.

Office timing & Week off:

• Work timings: 9:30 am to 7 pm
• Week off's: Only 2nd& 4thSaturday & all Sunday week off.
• Salary date 7thevery month.
