Job summary

Steerway Business Consultants in Gujarat Morbi invites an HR professional with hands-on payroll, attendance, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, manpower coordination, HRMS and advanced Excel & PPT skills to join our manufacturing plant HR operations.

You will manage end-to-end plant HR activities, ensure compliance, drive people engagement, coordinate manpower needs, and generate insightful reports using Excel and PowerPoint, while communicating fluently in Gujarati.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR with 2–10+ years in manufacturing plant HR.
• Skilled in payroll, compliance, HRMS, Excel and employee relations.
• Fluent in Gujarati.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end plant HR operations including payroll and attendance.
• Manage compliance, recruitment and manpower coordination.
• Drive employee relations and engagement; generate reports with Excel/PowerPoint.
