Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and integration for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, enhance engagement, maintain a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Implement evaluation processes, coach managers, support growth.
• Training & Development: Identify needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits, and salary reviews to stay competitive.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain records, update HR policies.
