Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of HR expertise and a strong understanding of IT recruitment. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee engagement, attendance, and office-related events while addressing employee concerns to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on IT roles such as PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS, HTML, and more.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for technical roles.
• Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline and databases.
• Payroll and Attendance:
• Oversee and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and other employee data.
• Employee Engagement and Problem Solving:
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing resolutions.
• Organize and coordinate office events to boost employee morale and engagement.
• HR Administration:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably with expertise in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT roles (e.g., PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS, HTML).
