Job summary

BJR GROUP is seeking a proactive HR professional in India to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Sales, Service, Spares, Bodyshop, and Corporate Office. The role involves sourcing candidates through diverse channels, screening, coordinating with department heads, and handling offers and joining formalities.

The candidate will maintain recruitment trackers, build a robust automobile industry talent pipeline, and coordinate with branch HR teams to meet manpower needs

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to onboarding.
• Manage hiring for Sales, Service, Spares, Bodyshop, and Corporate Office roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage selection.
• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and regular reports for management.
• Build a strong automobile industry candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with branch HR teams and business heads for manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment TAT and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
