Job summary

RSPL Group in Patna, Bihar, is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build talent pipelines, screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and drive offer rollouts with hiring managers.

You will develop and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and reports, ensuring positions are closed within defined TAT while delivering an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
