• Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT and other labour law requirements
• Build and present HR MIS, dashboards and operational reports to leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/ PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute
• Must have worked in automotive corporate companies
