Job summary

Hirschvogel Components in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead blue-collar and on-roll recruitment. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, offers and joining while coordinating with department heads to plan manpower and ensure timely hiring.

The role requires at least 4 years of HR experience in manufacturing/automotive, an MBA/PGDM in HR, strong local networks, and excellent communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive industry.
• MBA/PGDM in HR.
• Good local networking and sourcing capabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and on-roll employees, from sourcing to joining.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare/maintain department-wise headcount plans.
• Ensure recruitment is aligned with approved manpower and close vacancies within defined TAT.
• Develop and maintain strong local hiring networks for blue-collar manpower.
• Establish and maintain tie-ups with ITI, Diploma, Engineering colleges and other institutes for regular hiring and campus recruitment.
• Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, employee referrals, local networks, walk-ins, agencies, and campus hiring.
• Maintain a ready candidate pipeline for recurring and critical manpower requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, offer process and candidate follow-up until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, track open positions, hiring status and manpower requirements.
• Work closely with current manpower vendors/suppliers.
