Job description

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Executive with prior experience working in a digital marketing agency. In this role, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle from start to finish. You will be specifically responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring multiple candidates tailored for digital marketing roles (such as SEO specialists, performance marketers, social media managers, and web developers).

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as an HR professional, strictly within a digital marketing agency or IT/creative services setup.
• Proven track record of hiring multiple candidates for digital marketing profiles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and evaluation skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and perform in a dynamic environment.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month ( based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
