Job summary

Webgross in Delhi seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and HR processes in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized and people-oriented, capable of managing HR independently while coordinating with management and accounts on payroll inputs and salary-related matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR within a digital marketing/agency
• Hands-on in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment
• Good understanding of attendance, leave, onboarding, payroll coordination and documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools
• Ability to independently manage HR in a fast-paced agency environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and exit formalities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, creative, sales, development and support roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and HR interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and manage offers and joining processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, attendance, recruitment data and HRMS.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, performance issues and PIP processes.
• Coordinate with management and accounts for payroll inputs and salary-related matters.
• Support performance reviews, probation evaluations, employee engagement activities and company events.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and documentation.
• Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and a professional workplace environment.
