Job summary

Schbang is seeking an HR professional to own end-to-end recruitment for creative and digital roles in Mumbai. You will source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates while partnering with hiring managers to close positions on time and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

You will maintain recruitment trackers, help onboarding, and stay connected with talent trends in the digital/creative industry, coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2–2.5 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of creative and digital roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for creative and digital roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assignments, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement, HR operations, and other people-related initiatives.
• Stay updated on talent trends and build a strong network within the digital/creative industry.

What We’re Looking For
