Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a plant/manufacturing setup.
• Mandatory Food/Feed industry experience (Animal/Food processing).
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
• Experience handling blue-collar and contract workforce.

• Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations: attendance, leaves, shifts, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
• Manage blue-collar, shop-floor, and contract labour.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour).
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, performance management, and retention.
• Prepare HR MIS and regular reports for management.

• Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations, attendance, leave, shifts, payroll inputs, and employee records.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, etc.

Candidate Requirements
