Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and updated HR records and employee documentation.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for addressing employee queries and concerns. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs for staff. Conduct periodic performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• HR Strategy: Collaborate with management to devise and implement HR strategies that support business growth. Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in HR management.
• Skills & Competencies: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English(both written and verbal). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (preferred).

Compensation

• Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 CTC per month.
