Job summary

Duruper in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HR Manager – Operations to oversee end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding to exit, including payroll, compliance, employee relations, HR documentation, and HRMS administration. This role requires hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will drive HR process improvements, ensure accurate data, and manage settlements while maintaining strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of end-to-end HR Operations experience.
• Strong experience across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Hands-on payroll, statutory compliance, exit interviews and F&F settlement.
• Experience with HRMS platforms KEKA, Darwinbox, Zoho People or similar.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Kannada or South Indian language; Kannada preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding to exit. The role will handle employee lifecycle processes, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR documentation, and HRMS administration while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding, induction, and employee engagement through exit and full & final settlement.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances, queries, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Conduct exit formalities, exit interviews, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR reports through HRMS.
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
• Support HR process improvement and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations.
• Strong experience across the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
