Job summary

Alphaplan Nextgen Autorobotics in Pune, India, seeks an experienced HR professional to lead and transform our HR function. You will drive strategy, policy, and governance, while managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention, and employee relations.

The role requires strong labour-law understanding, stakeholder-management, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
  • 12-20+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a business-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, retention, transfers, promotions, and separation.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads on workforce planning, organization structure, manpower budgeting, and talent management.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies for hiring across functions and levels, ensuring quality and timely closure of positions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high-performance work culture.
  • Manage performance management systems, KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, promotions, increments, and succession planning.
  • Identify training and development needs and oversee learning and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Manage HR documentation, employee records, HR MIS, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Review and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, processes, and systems.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and other strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.

Candidate Profile
