Job summary

Biological E. Limited in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is seeking a senior professional to lead Talent, Learning & Organization Development.

The role partners with leaders to design annual learning plans and facilitates workshops on team effectiveness and change management. The individual will drive Leadership Capability frameworks, coaching initiatives, and support leadership assessments and development planning, reporting to Head – Talent, Learning & Organization Development.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR, L&D, OD, Psychology, or related fields.
• 6–9 years in L&D, Leadership Development, or OD.
• Strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, learning analytics, and stakeholder management.

• Partner with leaders to design annual learning plans and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops on team effectiveness and change management.
