Job summary

Allegis Group in Hyderabad is seeking an L&D professional with 1-3 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute learning programs for the Talent L&D function. You will support end-to-end program delivery, partner with stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant execution with SLAs.

Responsibilities include reporting, SOP maintenance, and LMS administration using SABA, NextGen, and related platforms. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, Learning Delivery, or Talent Development
• Experience coordinating training or learning programs in a corporate environment
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional executive presence
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, trackers, and presentations
• Exposure to LMS platforms such as SABA, NextGen, SuccessFactors Learning, or similar

Important Note:

HR Operations candidates without direct L&D experience will not be considered.

Candidates with experience in learning delivery, training operations, corporate learning, or talent development functions are highly preferred.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Contract Duration: 6-8 months initially, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.
