Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organization Development.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to identify capability needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Experience designing and executing leadership development programmes.

Manager Learning, Leadership & Organization Development

Reports to: Head – Talent, Learning & Organization Development

About the Role

The Manager – Learning, Leadership & Organization Development will partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to build organizational capability across BE Life Sciences. The role is responsible for driving learning initiatives, leadership development programmes, and organization development interventions that enhance business performance and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

This is a strategic business partnering role requiring a balance of consulting, programme management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand capability requirements and learning priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop annual learning plans aligned with business objectives.
• Design, curate, and deliver,behavioural, and leadership development programmes.
• Drive learning initiatives that support capability building across functions.
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Leadership Development

• Coordinate and execute leadership development programmes for managers and emerging leaders.
• Support implementation of leadership capability frameworks and learning journeys.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and learning interventions, where required.
• Track programme outcomes and evaluate business impact.

Organization Development & Culture

• Support organization development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and change management interventions.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support culture-building initiatives aligned with Biological E's values and leadership expectations.
• Partner with HR teams to enhance employee engagement through capability-building initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and HR teams.
• Influence stakeholders on learning and capability-building priorities.
• Ensure learning interventions address current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organization Development.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to identify capability needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Experience designing and executing leadership development programmes.
• Exposure to organization development, culture initiatives, or change management will be an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, FMCG, engineering, IT/ITES, consulting, or other large, complex organizations is preferred.
