Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.
• Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven solutions for workforce analytics.
• Provide coaching and guidance on best practices in human resource management to senior leaders and line managers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile
