Job summary

Paracoat Products Ltd. in India seeks an HR leader to drive end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and development programs across functions.

You will own PMS cycles, lead GPTW initiatives, and build HR MIS and dashboards for leadership.

MBA/PGDM in HR, strong recruitment, T&D, PMS, and engagement experience are essential; familiarity with HRMS like HROne or Darwinbox is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute.
• Strong background in recruitment, T&D, PMS and engagement projects.
• Experience driving GPTW or similar culture-building initiatives.
• Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as HROne, Darwinbox, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Note: this role does not cover IR / industrial relations - candidates with a purely IR background need not apply.
