Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an senior HR leader to shape and drive HR strategy across multiple offices and remote practices. You will lead performance management, coach managers, and design development programs to elevate capability and engagement.

The role requires 10-20 years of HR experience, MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, travel-intensive corporate environment in India.

Qualificações

• 10-20 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR strategy development.
• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or related field, tier 1/2 college preferred.
• Proven track record of HR initiatives driving business results.
• Strong understanding of Indian and global corporate environments with travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, retention, and welfare.
• Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing coaching to employees.
• Design and execute training programs to enhance skills of employees across various levels within the organization.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.

• Upgrade people, systems, process and maintain highest standards of overall HR practices across our offices and Remote practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR strategy development. foreign Education preferred. Boarding school educated will be preferred.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field. Tier 1/2 college will be preferred.
• Proven track record of developing successful HR initiatives that drive business results in previous companies.
• Strong understanding of Indian companies, global companies and corporate world with travels across Delhi NCR, Mumbai , Bangalore.
• Excellent Communication, presentation skills with proven experience of working in high intensity, pressure driven situations and environments.
