Qualifications

• 12-18 years of HR experience in related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or equivalent qualification.
• Expertise in Employee Engagement, PMS, Recognition & Rewards.
• Positive mindset, high energy, well travelled and well spoken.
• COACH mindset is preferred over a purely quantitative HR role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and retention.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Manage performance management systems including goal setting and reviews.
• Foster relationships with employees through regular communication and recognition.
• Bridge policy handbook with current and future employees to maintain focus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, employee engagement, and retention.
  
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills of employees across various levels.
  
• Manage performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
  
• Foster strong relationships with employees through regular communication channels and recognition initiatives.
  
• Be the bridge between the policy handbook and the current and future generation of the employees to create a tight ship that is focussed and goal oriented.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven expertise in areas such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management System (PMS), Recognition & Rewards programs.
• Looking at someone with very positive mindset, high energy, well travelled and well spoken individual.
  
• This is a highly qualitative role and not a quantitative role. the strength of the company is 50 high qualified people hence a COACH is a better work than an HR Manager.
