About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands‑on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with approximately 60% of the role focused on recruitment and 40% on HR operations and documentation.

The ideal candidate should be organized, a good communicator, comfortable interacting with candidates, and eager to learn the end‑to‑end HR process.

Key Responsibilities

50% – Talent Acquisition

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for various roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and basic screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker/recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, joining dates, and documentation.
• Assist with offer rollout and pre‑joining coordination.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.

50% – HR Operations and other projects

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee file management and documentation.
• Update HR trackers, MIS, and internal databases.
• Support joining and exit documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR‑related records as required.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, forms, and other documents.
• Support employee onboarding documentation and induction activities.
• Ensure HR records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Assist the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow‑up skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic MS Office tools.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Prior internship/recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
