Practopulse Healthcare Services invites applications for an MBA HR internship for 6 months. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding support, HR data maintenance, payroll coordination, and process improvements, with a stipend of 10,000 per month.

The candidate will gain exposure to HR policies, analytics, and employee engagement activities. Preferred is a candidate with good communication, interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented mindset, ready to handle confidential information

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.

• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
• Help update and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and track employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Assist in payroll coordination and documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
• Assist in training and development initiatives for employees.
• Support exit and offboarding processes for departing employees.
• Help with documentation and compliance during audits.
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and key performance metrics.
