• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
• Help update and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and track employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Assist in payroll coordination and documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
