Job summary

A dynamic HR consulting firm in Gurugram is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join their recruitment team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process and build a career in talent acquisition. As an intern, you'll support sourcing candidates, drafting job descriptions, and scheduling interviews, while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment. High-performing interns may be offered a permanent position as Associate – HR & Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or any field – HR specialization is a plus).
• Keen interest in HR and recruitment as a career path.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.
• Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking ability.

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
• Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
