Job summary

Launch Ventures Private Limited is hiring an enthusiastic Junior HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad, working from office for 3–6 months. The role offers flexibility with stipend as per company policy and focuses on end-to-end recruitment, coordination, and HR reporting.

Freshers are welcome and prior HR internship is a plus. The intern will gain hands-on experience across recruitment cycle management, SOP adherence, and HR documentation while contributing to ongoing HR

Qualifications

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior HR internships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and screening.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure all recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed accurately.
• Update candidate information in recruitment sheets and HR systems.
• Coordinate with interview panels and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations, feedback, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity.
• Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Completed a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
