Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and talent pipeline management while gaining hands‑on experience in corporate recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
