Job summary

The Global Zone in India is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end human resources operations in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires coordinating recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement within a dynamic team.

You will maintain records, assist with performance management, handle grievances, ensure HR policy compliance, and manage exit processes as part of delivering a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize workflow and multitask.
