Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: planning and executing hiring strategies, handling end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• HR Operations: managing attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee records, and HR policies.
• Employee Relations: handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Performance Management: implementing appraisal systems, KRA/KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.
• Statutory Compliance: ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and audits.
• Training & Development: identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.
• HR Policy Implementation: drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
