You will manage HR records, reporting, payroll support, policies, and compliance, working with GreytHR and other HRIS tools. The role emphasizes stakeholder management and policy communication for a compliant, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry dynamics, job roles, and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards related to attrition, engagement, training, and performance metrics.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance administration.
  • Manage HR operations using HRMS platforms such as GreytHR.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
  • Conduct policy awareness sessions and ensure employees understand workplace guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations including PF, ESI, and PT.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational standards and statutory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
  • Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of employee records in HRMS.
  • Support workforce planning and employee data management activities.
  • Coordinate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and analyze attrition trends.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Conduct employee connect sessions and engagement surveys.
  • Partner with managers to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle across the organization.
  • Monitor goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Track completion of performance evaluations and calibration discussions.
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and employee development discussions.
  • Generate performance-related reports and HR analytics.

We are looking for a proactive and employee-centric HR Generalist to support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, and policy compliance within a fast-paced IT services environment.
