• Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Coordinate with training vendors for development programs and learning.
• Ensure HR documentation and compliance aligned with Audit requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and drive key HR functions, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee benefits, ensuring effective HR delivery and a positive employee experience.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and drive key HR functions, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee benefits, ensuring effective HR delivery and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition – 60%
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks.
• Provide market insights and support workforce and talent planning.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation's talent proposition.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track sourcing effectiveness and hiring metrics.

• HR Generalist Responsibilities – 40%
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Manage employee documentation in lines with Audit requirements.
• Manage employee confirmation processes, including feedback and communication.
• Manage reference checks and exit processes.
• Keeping the HRMS details up to date of employees
• Coordinate with insurance providers for claim settlement and employees for claim documents and recovery
• Assist employees with medical insurance queries
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programmes and internal HR communications.
• Coordinate with external training vendors for training and other requirement.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable changes.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Around 6 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles.
• Experience in managing multiple HR functions in a corporate environment.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions, particularly talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing recruitment across different functions and levels.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
