Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day employee lifecycle activities including joining, induction, and documentation.
• Coordinate joining, induction and orientation; maintain HR records and documentation.
• Support attendance, leaves, payroll-related activities and timely HR requests.
• Handle employee queries and engage in communication and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management processes, goal setting and appraisals.
• Assist in learning and development activities and track training records.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, vendor management and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle activities
• Coordinate employee joining, induction and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel data.
• Support attendance, leave and payroll-related activities.
• Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and HR requests.

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

• Act as the first-level contact for routine employee queries and concerns.
• Support employee communication, engagement activities and HR awareness initiatives.

Performance Management

• Coordinate and track goal setting, probation, confirmation and appraisal activities.
• Follow up with managers to ensure timely completion of performance management processes.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training schedules, nominations, attendance and training records.
• Support implementation and tracking of employee development initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Maintain appropriate records of vendor agreements, invoices and payment documentation.
• Facilitate the onboarding and joining process and ensure all required pre-joining checks, documentation and clearances are completed.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

• MBA/B.Tech with 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar HR role.
