The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of experience in TA, talent management and HRMS, with exposure to high-volume campus hiring and cross-site teams.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR is mandatory.

• Experience in recruitment within corporate sectors at lateral level.
• Experience managing diverse teams across multiple sites/locations.

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as first point of contact for grievances and drive engagement, discipline and retention initiatives.
• Performance & Development: Coordinate performance review cycles; support training and development with functional managers.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports on attrition, hiring, payroll cost, leaves and compliance.

Job Description: Manager HR (Generalist)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR to manage and execute core HR functions across Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. The role requires a hands-on professional who can balance day-to-day HR operations with building effective systems and processes to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to managing HR operations in fast-paced industries and demonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and compliance management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the Pan India Campus hiring.
• HR Operations: Implement and administer HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Manage end-to-end HRMS activities. Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide solutions to employees and managers via HRMS.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and ensure fair resolution. Support initiatives to drive employee engagement, workplace discipline, and retention. Foster a transparent and supportive HR environment, building trust across teams.
• Performance & Development: Coordinate performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and appraisal processes. Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with functional managers. Track employee progress and career development records.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports covering attrition, hiring, payroll cost, leave, and compliance status. Use HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in operations and policies.

• Qualification: MBA- HR- Mandatory
• Profile Requirement- Should be able to work independently and exhibit high degree of ownership of the assigned task and meet deadlines under a high-performance culture. Learn and perform at the same time. Must have strong experience in recruitment with corporate sectors- at lateral level. Prior exposure to high-volume workforce industries is an advantage. Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple sites/locations. Experience with good academic background and company will be preferred the most.
