You will source candidates via job portals and social media, screen and interview applicants, and coordinate onboarding for smooth integration into the team.

Qualifications

• Masters/Postgraduate degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and sourcing proficiency.
