Cosmos Sports in Kozhikode, Kerala seeks an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, and corporate functions. You will manage high-volume frontline hiring and partner with hiring managers to close roles within timelines.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews and salary discussions, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding. The role supports HR initiatives including training, performance management and employee development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience
• strong exposure to non-IT recruitment
• Experience in Sales/Retail/Frontline hiring will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently
• Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS
• Full time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
