Job summary

Kazo Fashion in India is seeking a Senior Executive HR (Retail Talent Acquisition) to lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores across locations, including new store openings. The role requires building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring timely closures within defined TAT.

Responsibilities include sourcing through portals, referrals, walk-ins, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail TA with strong communication and Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in retail.
• Strong frontline retail hiring and bulk recruitment experience.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, if required.

• Monitor offers, joining ratios, and dropout rates.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Position: Senior Executive HR (Retail Talent Acquisition)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional with experience in retail talent acquisition, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, including new store openings (NSO) and existing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations.


• Handle hiring for Store Managers (SM), Assistant Store Managers (ASM), Sales Staff, and other retail positions.


• Drive recruitment for new store openings (NSO) and ensure timely manpower deployment.


• Source candidates through job portals,employee referrals, walk-in drives, and local recruitment channels.


• Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.


• Organize walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives across different cities.


• Coordinate with Cluster Managers, Regional Managers, and Store Managers to understand manpower requirements.


• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.


• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined turnaround time (TAT).


• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.


• Monitor offer acceptance, joining ratios, and candidate dropouts.


• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.


• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the retail industry.


• Strong experience in frontline retail hiring and bulk recruitment.


• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.


• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements across locations.


• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, if required.
