Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Understand technical job requirements (iOS, Android, Flutter, PHP, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit).
• Assist in preparing offer letters and HR documents.

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive Recruitment to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with initial experience in IT hiring who are eager to build a career in recruitment and HR. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting basic HR operations.
