Job summary

Pixentia-Solutions-India-Private-Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Executive (4+ years) to lead end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment, support US IT Recruitment initiatives, and manage core HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven IT hiring experience across multiple tech stacks for India, exposure to US staffing processes, and expertise in employee lifecycle management and HR administration. US shift experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, and HR Operations.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with job portals, ATS, and HRMS tools.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Domestic and US IT Recruitment.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Handle offer release, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement and HR operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
