Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced HR Executive for our Noida (Sector 63) location. The role focuses on recruitment while also handling HR operations, with a preference for candidates having construction/EPC/PMC industry exposure.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (MEP, QS, Billing Engineers, PMs), interview coordination, salary negotiations, onboarding, and HR records management. This is an on-site position for Sector 63, Electronic City, Noida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment.
• Prior hiring experience in Construction / EPC / PMC industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of technical hiring in the construction domain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive for our Noida (Sector 63) location.
• This role will primarily focus on Recruitment along with responsibility for HR Operations.
• The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience in the Construction / EPC / PMC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment (Major Focus)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding
• Handle hiring for technical roles such as MEP, QS, Billing Engineers, Project Managers, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
• Manage salary negotiations and offer roll-out
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements

B. HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation process
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Support employee engagement activities
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies
• Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation

Candidate Profile : -

• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment
• Prior hiring experience in Construction / EPC / PMC industry is mandatory
• Good understanding of technical hiring in the construction domain
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals
