Job summary

Pawan Highways (india) is seeking an HR Associate/Executive to join our Delhi team in a hands-on HR role with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and daily employee management.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or with up to 5 years of HR experience, with good communication, coordination skills and MS Excel knowledge. Prior experience in construction or infra sectors will be preferred.
