Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in HBR Layout, Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organisation. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with the HR team to build a robust talent pipeline, conduct detailed interviews, coordinate recruitment activities, and support onboarding processes. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to maintain excellent communication with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
