Job summary

Kec Agritech invites applications for an Associate Human Resource Business Partner to support recruitment and talent acquisition in the Delhi NCR region. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, and sustaining a robust candidate pipeline.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, a degree (UG any), and strong communication skills to drive onboarding and alignment with business needs. Location is Gurugram/Delhi NCR, with a service-based IT presence.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with recruitment MIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain the recruitment MIS.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and manage offers and onboarding coordination.
